I already have a domain - what do I do?
No problem. We'll help you with the transfer to ensure your domain registration never lapses. You can also continue to manage your own registration if you prefer.
Can I customize my website?
Yes. My Studio Assistant includes a wide range of specially-designed website templates that you can quickly and easily customize to meet your unique needs.
Do you provide email accounts?
No, but you can easily link your domain name to an Outlook.Com or Google Mail address.
How do I sign up?
You start with a free 21-day trial. We don't collect your credit card info until you're convinced My Studio Assistant is right for you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, in your account manager. You will receive a pro-rated refund when upgrading. However, we don't refund remaining balances on early downgrades or cancellations.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free version of My Studio Assistant provides you with a basic website that includes home and contact pages.
What is meant by unlimited?
My Studio Assistant does not impose resource limits for normal usage as defined by the fair-use policies in our Terms of Service.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling your My Studio Assistant subscription is easy. It's done online right from your account manager.
